Last year, the building works of a huge residential project were finalized in at Mill Vale in Lancashire.
Kellen Homes provided the final properties to Sigma Capital Group and First Choice Homes Oldham (FCHO), the firms who managed the homes.
The firms went over to the development to declare the conclusion of the works.
An entirety of 144 homes were built.
The project built an array of houses, in the categories of ‘Affordable,’ and ‘Build to rent.’
The rest of the properties can be purchased, thanks to Kellen Homes.
Kellen Homes stated the following: “It is almost a year to the day from the handover of the first homes to First Choice Homes Oldham and Sigma and today sees us officially complete and transfer the final homes.”
